Refbox Mobile is designed to work primarily on your device. The app lets you import, organize, view, edit, and export reference images and related collection data. We do not require account creation, and we do not use the app to build advertising profiles about you.

  • Images and other content you choose to import into the app

  • Collection names, icons, sort order, and related library metadata

  • App preferences and settings, such as display and onboarding preferences

  • Import and export files you choose to open, create, share, or save

  • Camera-captured images, if you choose to use the camera

  • Photo library items, if you choose to import from Photos

  • Pasteboard content and user-supplied links, if you choose to paste or import content from the clipboard

When you import content from a web link, your device connects directly to the relevant third-party host to retrieve that content. Those third parties may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device headers, and request details under their own privacy policies.

Permissions

Refbox Mobile may request access to:

  • Camera: to let you capture reference images inside the app

  • Photos: to let you import images from your photo library

These permissions are optional and are only used when you choose the related feature. You can change permission choices at any time in your device settings.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be shared only in these limited cases:

  • Delete images or collections within the app

  • Revoke Camera or Photos permissions in iOS Settings

  • Remove app data by deleting the app from your device
