These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Refbox (“the App”) and our website https://ref.box. By purchasing, downloading, or using Refbox, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Refbox. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

When you purchase Refbox, Studio Bros. LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App in accordance with the plan you select.

(A) Fixed-Time Purchase

- You receive one license key valid for up to 3 devices at once.

- Devices may be added or removed at any time via https://app.ref.box.

- The license is valid for the purchased duration.

(B) Business Subscription

- You receive one license key valid for the number of devices selected at checkout.

- The subscription is billed monthly until canceled.

- Devices may be added or removed at any time via https://app.ref.box.

- Pricing automatically adjusts based on the number of devices.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

- Share, resell, or transfer your license key outside your organization or household.

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

- Use the App in violation of applicable laws.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Studio Bros. LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in Refbox, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Payments and Renewals

- Purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.

- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

- You may manage your subscription and device allocations at https://app.ref.box.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only at our discretion. Due to the digital nature of the App, refund eligibility may be limited. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@ref.box.

7. Fair Use / Abuse

Device allocation is intended for reasonable use within the scope of your plan. Excessive adding and removing of devices, attempts to circumvent license limits, or misuse of the system may result in suspension or termination of your license.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and deactivate your license.

9. Updates

The App may check for and download updates automatically. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include improvements, fixes, or new features.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Refbox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Bros. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
